Edann Coffee is a Vancouver-based micro-roastery focused on specialty beans from around the world. We are dedicated to every step of the journey and roasting high-quality green beans, then packaging them to preserve freshness. Roasting coffee locally, hosting coffee tasting meetups, and pop-up cafes where people can explore our latest roasts and learn more about the process behind each cup.
Café Casita – Colombia
Grown at 2100 meters in the high-altitude regions of Colombia, this washed Arabica-Castillo coffee comes from the Café Casita family farm. The elevation and climate produce a vibrant and complex profile, with careful processing that preserves the coffee’s natural clarity.
Tasting notes:
Blackberry, maraschino cherries, spice, and bright acidity.

Every month, we feature a rotating coffee bean at our coffee tasting Meetups in Vancouver. Our Flight includes three 100g coffee bags: one containing the different monthly rotating coffee, and the other two featuring edann coffees available from our website.
