This roaster’s blend of specialty beans is best served as a melbourne magic. The recipe we use is 1:1.5:3, which is 20g of finely ground coffee for a 30g espresso (bottomless portafilter) topped with 60g of steamed milk poured straight down, served in a 5oz cup.
