Specialty coffee shop popping up at Vancouver brewery
Featured in ‘Vancouver is Awesome’ about my upcoming pop-up cafe at Faculty Brewing in Mount Pleasant.
This summer, I’m teaming up with Jorge Martinez and Mauricio Lozano to launch a weekend coffee pop-up in Mount Pleasant. We’re bringing in beans straight from Jorge’s family farm in Colombia, Café Casita, and serving them at Mauricio’s brewery space at 1830 Ontario Street.
I’ll be roasting and brewing the coffee under Edann Coffee, with pour-overs and Melbourne-style espresso drinks like flat whites and long blacks. We’re kicking things off June 7, running every Saturday and Sunday morning starting at 8am-12pm for the summer.
