Collaboration Tasting with Flavrite

On December 9, 2024, we hosted our first collaboration event with Flavrite, a platform designed to help people explore and understand flavor more intentionally. The event brought together a group of curious tasters for a focused session on sensory experience, using coffee as the starting point.

Held in a cozy indoor space with a long communal table, we brewed a range of our coffees using V60 pour overs and set up a guided tasting. Guests used the Flavrite app to log their impressions, compare flavor notes, and track how their palate responded across different origins and roast profiles.
